Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.
For pre-paid orders that are successfully cancelled within the allowed window (before dispatch), a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, please ensure you are available to receive the package. Frequent cancellations or rejections of COD orders at the doorstep may result in the permanent suspension of the COD facility for your account.
3. Returns & Refunds
Pawsome Gadgets maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once an order is successfully dispatched and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
If you receive a physically damaged gadget upon delivery, we offer a replacement. To claim a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video and report the issue within 7 days. Please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for complete instructions and eligibility.
