Replacement & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pawsome Gadgets. We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms under which replacements are accepted.

1. General Policy

Pawsome Gadgets maintains a strict NO-RETURN POLICY.

We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Replacements are offered only for products that are physically damaged upon delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are applicable solely in cases of physical damage identified immediately upon unboxing.

To qualify for a replacement, the customer must provide clear and verifiable proof of damage. Acceptable proof includes photos and/or videos showing:

The damaged product, and

The original packaging as received.


Requests lacking sufficient proof or submitted after the allowed timeframe will not be processed.

3. Replacement Request Window

The replacement request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted or reviewed under any circumstances.

4. Procedure for Requesting a Replacement

To request a replacement, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to pawsomegadgets90@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Replacement Request – [Your Order ID]”


2. Include the following details in your email:

  • Full name
  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Attached photo/video proof clearly showing the physical damage

3. Once your request is received, our support team will review the submitted proof and respond with further instructions if your claim is approved.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

To request cancellation, the customer must send an email to pawsomegadgets90@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Order Cancellation – [Your Order ID]”

The email must include:

  • Full name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for cancellation


Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

6. Important Notes

Replacements are available only for physically damaged items and only once per order.

Pawsome Gadgets reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not comply with the above terms or fail to provide sufficient evidence of damage.

No returns, refunds, or replacements will be processed for reasons other than physical damage.
